Replacement of lost Debit/Credit Mastercard

If you have lost your CEFCU Debit/Credit Card because of Hurricane Helene, please contact CEFCU immediately at 1.800.633.7077, or by using CEFCU On-Line® and Mobile Banking.

  • Log into CEFCU On-Line and Mobile Banking
  • Select Card Managementfrom the Menu.
  • Click Card Services.
  • Select Report Lost or Stolenand answer the questions.
  • Click Submit.

If you do not want to fully block your card, you can temporarily turn off your card in Card Management by selecting your card of choice and using the On/Off toggle. This will ensure your card cannot be used if you get separated from it.

CEFCU is offering Special Assistance Loans to help current members impacted by Hurricane Helene — call us at 1.800.858.3400 for information.

Scams

Scammers will try to get you to donate to phony charities after a disaster. If you want to help financially:

  • Donate to legitimate charities, which you can find at:
    • Better Business Bureau — bbb.org
    • Charity Navigator — charitynavigator.org
    • Charity Watch — charitywatch.org
  • Avoid following donation links in unsolicited emails or texts.
  • Go directly to a legitimate charity’s website.
